Daniel Castellanos, Director of the Partnership’s Positive Step Program, has been appointed to the HIV Health & Human Services Planning Council of New York.

The HIV Health & Human Services Planning Council of New York provides medical and support services to 22,000 New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS, ensuring they have access to appropriate, quality services across the continuum of care, resulting in the best possible health and quality of life.
