Senior Vice President's presentation demonstrates the impact of community integration

ScottPartnership Senior Vice President Scott Cotenoff recently spoke at the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association in Washington DC. Scott's presentation discussed the impact of community integration on health outcomes and housing stability for individuals living with HIV/AIDS who have experienced homelessness.

Through research conducted by the Partnership, we confirmed that people who are better connected to other people and to resources and services within their community are more likely to be healthier and experience long-term housing stability. This research formed the basis for our Community Integration Project, which will help us to better understand how to enhance people’s connections to new communities.
